In this video, as I recover from a back injury, I spend a slow day at home with my dog, Olive, resting and doing small tasks. I unbox a couple of purchases including a knock box for my coffee grinds and an electric blanket to help keep my back warm and comfortable at night. I make my favourite pikelet recipe and beautiful cup of coffee. I finish the day with repairing a hole in a favourite sweater and receive help with walking and taking care of Olive. I hope you enjoy it.
