After 2 years since filming the Piura Blanco documentary in 2022 we revisited La Quemazón.
At La Delizia, Don Nico and Joe Huachez are pushing for chocolate excellence.
With the support of an amazing team, work is carried out from dusk till dawn. Harvesting on the Huachez farm in La Pareja, fermenting in Don Nico's backyard, sorting the beans on the dining table to making chocolate bonbons. It's a complete bean to bar process right at origin.
