If a Snake Could Cry – Would We Still Kill It?
What if snakes could whimper in fear… or cry out in pain?
Would we still crush them under boots and shovels?
Would we still call them evil — or finally see the quiet animal beneath the fear?
In this short film, I ask a question we rarely stop to consider:
What if the only reason we keep hurting snakes… is because we never learned how to hear them?
They don’t bark. They don’t beg.
But they feel.
They flinch. They hide. They suffer — in silence.
So I sketch that silence. I speak for them.
Not because they’re harmless — but because they’ve never had the luxury of a voice people wanted to hear.
