After trying to come to Castelluccio 3 years ago but not being able to because of the earthquake, it was great to finally get to this beautiful spot, and not just for flying but it has a great free overnight spot for the van, and of course incredible scenery. Paragliding over it is the icing on the cake. However it is not for the faint of heart as the air here is turbulent as all hell, and you need a lot of control. I only had 2 shortish flights, but it was enough. Be ready on those c-risers if you fly here as the wind is crazy.
