You Can't Stay in the Middle: Risk Being Different or Stay Stuck

Day 93: I'm breaking down how out-of-body experiences are really about unlearning everything we've learned from family, school, and society—the same beliefs that limit us in every area of life. Everything we think is "just how things are" is a belief system we've unconsciously absorbed. To access the non-physical and live an inspiring life, you have to risk being different from your family, reject what schools teach about sameness, and break away from friend groups that keep you mediocre.
