Today, This morning begins with tenderly watering the flowers, as the soft coos of our doves fill the air. With my beloved donkey, I wander into the garden, where the summer breeze gently caresses the leaves. I gather dry wood for the oven and lovingly pick the last ripe figs from the fig tree.
Now it’s time to bake bread in the old oven; the aroma of fresh bread fills the home and soothes my soul. Today, I intend to prepare one of Isfahan’s most traditional and beloved dishes: Beryani, made with meat, tail fat, and liver
