🌈 Scarborough Pride 2025: Love, Laughter & Unity on the Yorkshire Coast 🌈

Today, Saturday 13th September 2025, Scarborough Spa was glowing with energy, colour, and community spirit as Scarborough Pride marked its third year of celebrating LGBTQIA+ love and inclusion.

The day kicked off with a vibrant Pride Parade at 11:30 AM, starting outside the Brunswick Centre, weaving through Newborough, Westborough, along Foreshore Road before ending at the Spa.

From 12 PM to 6 PM, the Grand Hall & Sun Court at Scarborough Spa became a hub of joy. There were family-friendly zones, wellbeing sessions, a marketplace, food stalls, local performances, and even a tombola & raffle to help support future events.

Headline acts included The Cheeky Girls and a Blues Brothers tribute, hosted by drag champions Krystal Temple and Bella De Ball. Plenty more entertainment kept the spirit high all afternoon.

Entry was free (with a suggested donation of £1 per person) so everyone could join. The event’s organisers asked that those who can donate do so, to help ensure Scarborough Pride keeps going year after year.

Scarborough Pride today was more than just a festival—it was a visible, vibrant statement of acceptance, connection, and hope. Whether you joined the parade, sang along, danced, or just soaked up the colours, it was a day to be proud of. 💖✨
