Searching for endemic succulents in Baja California Sur: (Part 1 of 3) Magdelena Island

Hi everybody! Hunter here with another QUEST!!! This time I head south into the Magdalena Bay Region of Baja California Sur in search of endemic succulents of all types. This adventure begins with part 1 of the series (prob gonna be 3 parts in total) focusing on Magdelena island itself. Isla Magdelena is a sparsely inhabited island just off the coast of the pacific side of the peninsula that has a number of cactus, agaves and pachyhaul trees that I will cover here.

I’m on the trip with some good friends (links below) and am excited to share this with you all. Thank you very much for all the love and support you all have given me. I am so passionate about these plants and the habitats they grow in and its truly a dream come true to be able to share this with you.
