Abandoned Places - Tundra Village - Post Apocalypse (Creepy)

Real life "Mystery" (Tundra Village Townhomes) San Antonio, TX
This property was started back in 2006 it's now 2015 and it's was just left completely abandoned.

Completely baffled?
9 years just sitting in ruins...(It has nothing to do with the "Housing Market Crash" San Antonio was never affected by this...San Antonio economy growth has skyrocketed in regards to market crash.

Media wants you to believe that it also may have to do with the "Scandal" with Mauro Padilla...probably? But doesn't answer why it still sits?

They say also because of the "Floodplain" absolute Rubbish...I went to location when "Hurricane Patricia" blew threw...no flooding!

If the case...why do houses reside all around this property?
Yet it's only 20 ft away from a what??? Major Highway...Now wouldn't that Highway...be washed away by now???

Absolutely a Creepy, Eerie Anomaly.
