Today I'm taking you through my weekly Sourdough Sandwich Bread baking. I haven't bought commercial bread in months! Thank you for joining me on my youtube journey, I'm excited to see where this goes!
Ingredients:
115 g Sourdough Starter
21 g Honey
9 g Salt
295 g Water
560 g Bread Flour
4 Tbsp Softened Butter, Cubed
Add all ingredients to mixer bowl and mix with dough hook for 10 minutes until elastic and pulling away from sides of bowl. Cover and rise overnight or for 8 hours. Shape into loaf, place into bread pan. Cover the pan, rise for 3 hours or until it's at the top of the pan and bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Cut once fully cooled.
