QUICK, EASY & SPICY INSTANT POT BEEF CURRY FOR BEGINNERS কোরবানির গরুর মাংস রান্নার সহজ, ঝটপট রেসিপি

Today I will share the easiest way to cook a large batch of your qurbani beef. Everyone is so excited to try it soon after Eid ul Adha, so this flavorful and delicious recipe will be loved by everyone. I will use 15 lb beef from all parts of beef. I will make it in the instant pot in less than an hour. This recipe can easily be stored away long term. I’ll show you how to achieve tender and juicy pieces of meat in an aromatic and comforting curry. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
Beef - 15 lb / 6 kg
Ginger garlic paste - 1 cup
Mustard oil - 1/2 cup
Onion - 2 cups (big slices)
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Chili powder - 2 tsp ( per taste)
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Roasted Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Cinnamon - 10 sticks
Cardamom pods- 20
Cloves - 8
Peppercorns
Bay leaf - 4
Salt - 4 tsp ( per taste)
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 4 tsp
