Azərbaycanın qədim rayonlarından biri olan Astara öz gözəlliyi ilə seçilir. Təsadüfi deyil ki, həm yerli, həm də xarici turistlərin ölkəmizdə səfər etdiyi rayonlar sırasında mütləq Astara da olur. Hirkan Milli Parkı
Hirkan Milli Parkının çox hissəsi Astara rayonunun payına düşür. Burada qırmızı kitaba düşmüş dəmirağac ilə yaxından tanış ola bilərsiniz. Buradakı ağacların 200-300 yaşı var.

Astara bulvarı
Qədim tarixlə müasir həyatın harmoniya təşkil etdiyi Astara bulvarı şəhərin müasir üzüdür. Bulvar Xəzər dənizi sahili boyunca 1 kilometr ərazini əhatə edir. Burada uşaqlar üçün attraksionlar, istirahət məkanları, velosiped sürmək üçün yollar, dəniz mənzərəli kafe və restoranlar, fəvvarə və s. var.

Sım kəndi
Astaraya gəlib Sım kəndini ziyarət etməmək olmaz. Azərbaycanın ən gözəl turistik dağ kəndlərindən biridir. Buranı açıq səma altında təbiət muzeyi adlandırmaq olar. Kənddə çoxsaylı vulkanik daşlar var. Kəndə gəlmişkən Sım və Dustaqxana şəlalələrinə də qalxmaq olar. Şəlalələrə avtomobil yolu yoxdur.

Ballı qaya
Sım kəndində yerləşən Ballı qayadan açılan mənzərə möhtəşəmdir. Burada siz həm piknik edə, həm də təbiətin qoynunda gözəl şəkillər çəkə bilərsiniz.

Hamoşam kəndi
Astarada gedə biləcəyiniz kəndlərdən biri də Hamoşam kəndidir. Kənd təbiət mənzərələri ilə zəngindir. Vulkan mənşəli qayalar burada təbiət möcüzəsi yaradıb. Hamoşam ərazisindəki dəniz səviyyəsindən 1600 metr hündürlükdə yerləşən "Sepestenux" adlanan mağarada ibtidai insanlar yaşayıblar.

Şi şəlaləsi
Astaranın ən hündür şəlaləsidir və əlçatmaz yerdə yerləşir. Burada tarixi bəlli olmayan məzarlıq var. Şəlaləyə yalnız bələdçi ilə getmək olar. Yolu uzun və cəngəllikdir.

The culinary culture of Astara has always attracted attention as it is colorful and unique. Most of Hirkan National Park is in the Astara district. The most precipitation in Azerbaijan is observed in the south of the Lankaran plain, in the Astara area.

The rocky village of Sim village is famous for its healing springs and abundant waterfalls. The village of Sim is called the nature museum under the open sky of Astara. Mossy rocks and trees also add a magical atmosphere to the village. In the village, you can have a picnic around the Sim waterfall or visit the samovar tea. UAZ and Niva cars organized by local people will help you to go to the waterfall on impassable and narrow roads and trails.

In addition, you can enjoy the view of the perfect beauty in the reservoir located on Sim Village Road. One of the other interesting places in Sim Village is the White Bridge. Here you can sit in the middle of the river, taste the local Astara River, and enjoy nature.
