We got a fireplace! | Week 11 | Home Build Time-Lapse - Building our forever house

This week on our forever house build, we moved inside to finish out the rough framing. This included all the soffits in the kitchen, the knee wall in the master bathroom, the basement stairs, pocket doors and some additional exterior trim. It is great to see what the Afidus time-lapse camera catches each week. We didn't expect our Heat n Glo fireplace to arrive this week but it did!

On Thursday, the track hoe was back on site to dig another trench. This time, it is for the service feed from the house to the electric transformer and the fiber optic hand box. This should all be hooked up and back filled next week. That gets us one huge step closer to having power on site!
