Removal of the turbo, overhaul and rebuild. Filmed over several weeks, in-between working/life. Turbo is a BorgWarner KP35 (Superback). I also cleaned the catalytic converter and intercooler - pretty easy, I let them dry naturally after a good degreasing. Catalyst went into the u/sonic parts cleaner for 30mins at 50C then a damn good rinse.
