1. This Sweepstake Joyo/Guitto Pedalboard Giveaway (the Sweepstake) is organized by TheTapeFarm (the Sponsor).

2. The Sweepstake will run from 10:17:15 (Eastern Time (US & Canada)) on 2024-07-08 to 10:17:15 (Eastern Time (US & Canada)) on 2024-08-08. The duration of the Sweepstake may be extended or reduced at the discretion of the Sponsor.

3. The Sweepstake is open to legal residents of United States.

4. Entrants may participate in the Sweepstake submitting an entry on the web form provided at the url: https://socialman.net/c/KRG65.

5. Entrants below the age of 18 must obtain the permission of their legal guardian in order to participate in the Sweepstake, and, in the event that they win, the legal guardian must accept the prize on the entrants's behalf.

6. Each entrant hereby expressly consents that the Sponsor can collect and process the information provided including the name, email, and social media profile information for the purpose of conducting the Sweepstake, and contacting the winners.

7. The winner(s) will be rewarded with Joyo/Guitto Pedalboard Giveaway (the Prize). The winner(s) will be selected by random under the supervision of the Sponsor on 2024-08-09 and will be notified on or after this date.

8. The winner must be able to identify himself or herself in a manner determined by the Sponsor as the entrant to the Sweepstake and must comply with the required validation procedure in order to claim the prize.

9. In the event of a dispute with regards to any aspect of the Sweepstake and/or the terms and conditions, the Sponsor's decision will be final and binding, and no further correspondence shall be entertained in respect thereof.

10. The Sponsor shall not be liable for any costs incurred by the winner in claiming the prize. All risks and ownership of the prize shall pass to the winner on transfer/delivery thereof; hence, all of the Sponsor's obligations with regard to the Sweepstake, as well as the Prize, shall terminate.

11. The Sponsor is entitled in its entire discretion to reject any entry or entrant for any reason and will not be obliged to notify entrants that they have been rejected.

12. The Sponsor is not liable for any technical failures affecting participation and/or prize redemption in the process of the Sweepstake.

13. The Sponsor will use reasonable efforts to contact the winner using the contact details provided.

14. The Sponsor, its associated companies, agents, contractors, and any of its personnel involved in the Sweepstake assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss or damage, death, or injury arising from participation in the Sweepstake, from claiming the prize or for any loss or damage, death, or injury however arising.

15. The Sponsor assumes no liability whatsoever for any entry that has been omitted from participation for any reason whatsoever.

16. The Sponsor may refuse to award the prize if entry procedures or these terms and conditions have not been adhered to or if it detects any irregularities or fraudulent practices. The Sponsor is entitled in its entire discretion to reject any entrant for any reason.

17. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or terminate the Sweepstake, without notice at any time, and no liability shall lie against the Sponsor, in favor of any entrant or third party, arising from such cancellation, suspension, or termination.

18. The Sweepstake is governed by the laws of United States and is subject to country, state, and local laws and regulations. The Sweepstake is void where prohibited by law.

19. The Sponsor may in its sole discretion amend these terms and conditions at any time, without notice, and such amendments shall be deemed to have taken effect from the date of publication of the revised terms and conditions.
