Xingping Ancient Town is located on the banks of the Li River in the northern part of Yangshuo, Guangxi, and has a history of over 1,700 years. It's known for its well-preserved ancient buildings, bridges, theaters, and temples, as well as its scenic beauty, which includes the view depicted on the back of the Chinese 20 yuan banknote.
In this video we'll explore the entire town starting in the newer part, moving onto the ancient walking street, and then finishing up by strolling through the town's local market.
