My original tilting solar panel experiment used a horribly huge and relatively inefficient panel, hinged on the short end only. It did however act as a proof of concept and I have now refined the idea using a new more efficient (i.e.smaller) 300W panel. I built a support frame to allow it to be tilted in two directions e.g South and West or East and South which will suit most parkups.

I have disabled comments due to a small minority of ungrateful spoonfeds (you know the type, those who contribute sod all to the Van community or YouTube themselves but still seem to think they have the right to complain) who were whining about the volume of the music.
Yep sorry I got the music levels wrong in this video, I am not an expert at editing so can I suggest you kindly put up with it as I think there is info in this video some may find useful.
