All Purpose Seasoning & Chilli Flakes (or your choice of seasonings)
Spinach
50g Honey Leg Ham or Turkey
1/2 Sliced Tomato
25g Low Fat Cheese Bega 50% Less Fat
Grated Cheese)
20g Nandos Perinaise Sauce (or any sugar free/low calorie sauce)
