The video will demonstrate an authorized 'buyer' of personal information, obtaining personal information in encrypted format.

Once the 'buyer'(user on the SUUS CHAIN) requests personal information :- Video 3,
the smart contract will perform authorization and retrieve personal information in encrypted format:- Video 4.
If the 'buyer' is authorized, the encrypted information will be made available.
The buyer will then need use there predefined encryption key to decrypt the personal information (not in scope)
