金瓜发糕
材料:
自发面粉 125g
金瓜泥 75g
清水 100g
幼糖 55g
发粉 半茶匙
玉米油 15g
做法:
1。金瓜切片蒸熟压成泥,加入糖拌匀再加清水搅拌至糖融化。
2。把自发面粉和发粉过筛再加入然后搅拌至无颗粒,再加入油搅拌至光滑。
3 把面糊倒入铺了纸的小杯里9分满,用大火蒸20分钟即可。
Pumpkin Steamed Cake
Ingredients:
Self-raising flour 125g
Pumpkin puree 75g
Water 100g
Sugar 55g
Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
Corn oil 15g
Method:
1. Steam pumpkin slices and mash them into puree. Add sugar and stir well. Then add water and stir until the sugar melts.
2. Sift the self-raising flour and baking powder and add them. Stir until there are no particles. Then add oil and stir until smooth.
3 Pour the batter into a small cup lined with paper until 90% full. Steam over high heat for 20 minutes.
