🏠 House prices in Thailand seem to be rising in 2025—even outside tourist areas—and faster than many people may expect! More and more viewers of my house videos are commenting that the houses are too expensive or not remotely worth it for the area but the small but well proportioned houses in this video are no different, suggesting that these rising costs could now the norm. In this video, I land upon two unfinished 3-bedroom bungalows just outside Khon Kaen city centre in Northeast Thailand. I talk directly to Thai labourers working on the build and take you inside a partially finished home to give you a real look at what’s being built and for how much.
