OMGoodness I'm not very good at narration.
My tips for beating the Soulffle Chef in Luigi's Mansion 3.
But essentially:
get into the kitchen,
use Luigi and Gooigi to suck up all the smoke
Get rid of Gooigi.
Use the stuff around the kitchen to throw at the Chef when he ISN'T spinning, then flash him and vacuum him up. You'll need to do it a few times for sure.
And yes, I know I'm crap at coordinating my moves.
