How to sew SAILOR SHORTS (Part1)

I have plenty of running/exercise shorts, but no dressy/casual shorts. When Roz suggested a sailor-inspired short, I had absolutely no hesitation😁. I modified the sewing pattern I had used for my 70's inspired Xmas Party outfit. Also, my inspiration came from the Balmain sailor shorts I saw on Pinterest.

When I was complete with sewing the sailor short, I took out a few blouses I thought would go with my ruby red sailor short. I am loving the linen shorts right now! They are comfortable and I found it to be versatile. I can see myself spending a lot of time in it this summer.
