Title: Integrated Modeling and Simulation of PCM Crossbar Array for Accelerating and Enhancing Accuracy in CNN, RNNT, and Transformer Models using MATLAB Simulink

Implementation Plan:
-------------------------------
Step1: Initially, we create a Pulse Code Modulation(PCM) Model.
Step2: Next, we implement the CNN, RNNT and Transformer models into the Simulink model.
Step3: Then we connect the previous model with the crossbar array.
Step4: Then we Model the Analog-Digital-Converter Device with the desired accuracy in Simulink.
Step5: We keep track of the trade-offs between power consumption, latency, and area in ADC design.
Step6: At last we Connect all the models(PCM, ADC, CNN/RNNT/Transformer) through appropriate interfaces.
Step7: Then we simulate the PCM system model.
Step8: Finally We plot the graphs based on the performance.
8.1: Throughput
8.2: Energy Consumption
8.3: Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR)
8.4: Resource Utilization.
Software Requirements:

1. Development Tool: Matlab-R2020a/Simulink or Above Version.
