This Korean Street Food Will Blow Your Mind

Cylindrical Korean rice cakes
Korean Vienna sausages
6 to 8 inch skewers
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp gochujang
1 tbsp packed light brown sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Green onion

Directions:
1. Add the rice cakes into water and simmer until soft.
2. Alternate placing the sausages and the rice cakes on the skewers. In a large pan over medium-high heat, add the oil and fry the skewers, about 2 minutes per side.
3. In a medium bowl, add your ketchup, gochujang, brown sugar, and soy sauce. Mix until well combined and sugar has dissolved.
4. Coat skewers with your sauce and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion, serve and enjoy! 😊
