Open Short Confirmed for Bitcoin & Ethereum 💀

Bitcoin failed to close above previously lost support again, and also printed a TBO Open Short yesterday. ETH did the same as well. TBO Open Shorts give us bearish confirmation of a continued downtrend, and seeing these print after falling below the daily TBO Cloud with a bearishly descending TBO Slow line is a pretty convincing signal for further downside continuation.

Combined stablecoin dominance printed a TBO Open Long, conversely, which is a bullish continuation signal. If we’re getting bullish confirmation for stablecoin dominance, then we should be expecting more pain for BTC and ALTs.

Another big shift happened with the DXY and the Yen yesterday. The US Dollar Index dropped nearly -1% on Friday’s close, and the Japanese Yen pumped over 1%. While the Bank of Japan hasn’t announced any sort of intervention plan yet, it seems like the Yen could start pushing back up, which could cause stress on global markets.

Gold and Silver continue to push higher and higher. Silver crossed the $100 mark and is on track to hit my next target of $122. Gold is only $13 away from crossing above $5k. If the Bank of Japan intervention actually happens, I expect Crypto and TradFi to suffer, and for precious metals to push higher.

There are still great setups to watch in crypto, however bearish it may seem. SAND and STABLE still have valid TBO Breakouts on the 4h, which mean we should see more bullish upside explosive price action.

ASTER, QNT and KAIA have new TBO Close Shorts on the 4h and daily charts, which are my favorite bullish reversal signals.

ZEC, CC, WLFI, DASH, 2Z, RIVER and ZRO all have bullish momentum or TBT Bullish Divergences printing. While the charts might still be choppy, these ones still have bullish momentum in play.

Of course not everything is bullish right now. XMR is in process of printing a TBO Close Long on today’s candle- a bearish reversal signal.

Many other charts have printed TBO Breakdowns (the bearish inverse of breakouts) on the 4h and daily charts: BCH, VET, FET, OP, XTZ, TIA, STRK, CHZ and W.

Many other charts are dangerously close to losing daily support: WLD, KAS, TRUMP, SEI, LDO, XPL, PYTH and FLUID.
