A rich and creamy North Indian curry made with fresh fenugreek leaves (methi), soft paneer cubes, cream, and aromatic spices. This restaurant-style Methi Malai Paneer is perfect for special occasions or a weekend dinner with naan, roti, or jeera rice!
🍛 Ingredients:
200g paneer (cottage cheese)
1 cup fresh methi (fenugreek leaves), chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, pureed
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
½ cup fresh cream
2 tbsp cashew paste
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp garam masala
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsp ghee or oil

Blanch methi leaves to reduce bitterness and set aside.
Sauté onions, add ginger-garlic paste, then tomato puree.
Add dry spices and cashew paste, cook until the oil separates.
Stir in methi leaves, paneer cubes, and cream.
