Oat Groat Porridge Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup oat groat
4 cups chicken stock
30g unsalted butter
1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
1/2 inch ginger
200g chicken fillet
250ml coconut milk
2 tsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp lemongrass paste (optional)
1 cup water
ground black pepper (to taste)
garnish:
spring onion
toasted garlic
