Yawning isn’t just about being tired 😴
It can be a nervous system reset, especially during stress, emotional processing, or coming out of a dysregulated state.
For a lot of people (including those with ADHD, anxiety, or trauma histories), yawning can show up when the body is finally feeling safe enough to downshift.
