Today we take a look at Warwickshire County Council, Hawkes Point, 1 Hawkes Dr, Heathcote Industrial Estate, Royal Leamington Spa, Warwick CV34 6LX.

Whilst outside on the public highway doing some photography, we are approached by staff from inside who raise concerns about why we should not be creating a video about the site.

One staff member goes on a mission to get as much footage as possible of the photographer getting very close with the camera on his own mobile phone.
