I'm Nami from Japan.

I made Shoyu ( Soy Sauce) Ramen on my day off.
It was my first time to make Ramen, but it was really good to taste and easy to make.

◆Recipe of Ramen◆
Grilled pork
*300 g pork belly (block)
*300 cc soy sauce
*150 cc cooking sake
*3 tablespoons sugar
*1 carrot
*1/2 of an onion
*1 leek (green part)
*3 to 4 cloves of garlic
Soup
*350 cc water
*1 tbsp soy sauce
*2 tsp chicken broth (granulated)
*1 tsp Dashi broth (made from bonito or/and kelp.)
*1 teaspoon oyster sauce
*1 teaspoon sesame oil
*1/2 clove garlic

◆What is Monaka◆
It’s a sandwich style with outer crispy wafers and filling inside.
Filling paste called Anko.
Anko is red bean paste which is often used for Japanese confectionery.
Outer wafer is almost no tasted, and the texture is similar to an ice cream cone.

I'm Nami, an office worker living alone in Tokyo.
The Japanese pronunciation "Nami" has several meanings.
One Nami is a girl's name, and the other Nami means ordinary.
Naminokurashi(Nami's life) is a combination of these two meanings.
Kurashi means daily life.
I don't have any special skills. My life is ordinary days.
