Washing the Filter of My Dyson V11 Animal for the First Time in a Year!

Dyson recommends to wash a filter of your V11 Animal cordless vacuum at least once a month (in normal use). I haven't washed the filter of my vacuum cleaner for the entire year! It wasn't a challenge or an experiment, just plain procrastination and I definitely do not recommend to neglect your Dyson's filter in this way. Proper maintenance is important!
To wash mine I followed an official instruction video provided by Dyson on their website and YouTube channel. I have also improvised a bit because my filter was well..extra dirty.
Watch my video to see what it looked like after a year of not being washed as well as to find out whether or not I noticed any difference in my Dyson vacuum cleaner's performance after I finally washed and dried its filter.
