📆 Day 8 – 30 Upload Challenge | Tested, Tired, but Grateful
Today threw me a curveball — a DOT random breath alcohol test… for someone who’s been sober 15 years. The irony wasn’t lost on me! After bouncing between three locations just to get the logistics sorted, the day finally got rolling.
Back on the 46’ Flyer Nortech repower, I tackled one of the toughest jobs yet — swapping out six massive boat batteries. Tight access, awkward angles, and a whole lot of heavy lifting made for a serious test of patience and persistence.
To wrap up the day, I caught a beautiful beach outro — clear skies to the north and storms brewing to the south as I headed home. A reminder that no matter the challenges, there’s always calm after the storm.
In all, it was a long but productive day — another step forward in this 30-day upload challenge. 💪
