NOTE: This is the "updated" version of the classic "Love Boat" series. Recently divorced former U.S. Navy captain Jim Kennedy III (Robert Urich) takes the helm of a Caribbean cruise ship, along with his crew mates (and his son Danny) on adventuresome voyages that sometimes lead to romance.
From Season 2, Episode 17, this is "About Face", broadcast on the UPN network on May 7, 1999. The storylines include the following: A makeover cruise with a woman boss and male employee of a video game development company who are hopeful lovers driven apart. Captain Kennedy poses for a cruise magazine. Chief Purser Will Sanders (Phil Morris) tries to catch the eye of a former lover by donning various disguises. Howard Stokes (Kevin Crowley) boards the ship as a witness protection candidate to hide from mob boss Boris Bolechek (Reni Santoni). Stokes is supposed to testify against Bolechek in an upcoming trial. Unbeknownst to Stokes, Bolechek is on the same cruise along with his daughter Jenny (Heather Marie Wayne), who Stokes meets and falls in love with. When Stokes finds out that Jenny is Boris Bolechek's daughter, he runs and hides from Jenny, and he later emerges disguised as a woman to elude Bolechek.
