Hiking Cedar Breaks National Monument

Tina and I went to Utah for a much bigger backpacking trip. Since it was a really long drive, we decided to leave early so we'd have time to stop off at a place we've been meaning to visit. That place is Cedar Breaks National Monument. It's very similar to Bryce Canyon, only not nearly as well known.

What can I say about Cedar Breaks National Monument? It's beautiful. It has a relatively easy trail around the rim that goes to several overlooks and ends at a double arch. It would be a really good place to go and set up camp, check out the trail around the rim and a couple overlooks. And maybe watch the sunset over the canyon before heading to camp for bed.

We didn't really have time to fully check out the park, but the trail we hiked was definitely worth it as you can see in the video.

And.....I'm not sure what else to say about this one. It was a short hike with great views that are all covered by the video. So I'm gonna stop typing and go watch TV. I know that's really good information that you were waiting for. Much more important than me remembering the actual name of the trail or the arch. But I'm not a blogger and hate writing so this is what you get. If you're disappointed with this description, it's really your fault for setting your expectations too high.
