We have an exciting and fresh new piece of Foxtrot choreography for you in today's video featuring: Throwaway Oversway, Hinge Line, Inverted Hinge & Whiplash. Listen closely for certain details explained by Jonathan to help you to understand the sequence of actions and connections between figures.

"Hi guys and welcome back to our channel. We have an exciting advanced Foxtrot choreography for you today. Starting with a Throwaway Oversway, we move straight into a Hinge Line and then into an Inverted Hinge and then into a Whiplash. This piece is quite interesting as we don't exit the Throwaway Oversway in the usual fashion with an Oversway or a Promenade ending. The man rises through the standing leg to lead the switch into the Hinge before transferring weight over to the right leg for the Inverted Hinge.

As you can probably see, the lady has a number more steps than the man. Here we have our standard Throwaway switching into the Hinge. The lady steps one, two and three into the Inverted Hinge for the man's one step.For those of you that are wondering what an Inverted Hinge is, it's quite simply a Same Foot Lunge position for the lady with the man dancing basically like an Inverted Throwaway. And ending with a beautiful whiplash shape."
