Guru Sar Khudda Nirmal Panth History My name is Gurpreet Singh The Nirmala sect is a sect of Sikh saints. Nirmal means spotless. This sect is engaged in the study and propagation of Sikhism. The members of the sect are called Nirmala Sikhs or Khali Nirmala. [1]
As the number of Nirmalas increased, the sect was divided into two parts. Those who wore white clothes were called Sants (those who lived in Bihangam) or Giani (those who lived a domestic life). Are both) they are called Nirmala. [2]
Gurmat The study and teaching of ancient Vedic and Puranic philosophy is the main life work of Nirmala Sadhus. [3] The Nirmala sect is the Sikh sect of saintly scholars. The idea of the origin of this sect is prevalent that when Guru Gobind Singh Ji in 1743 B.C. He was practicing some martial arts at Paonte Padha when he said, "Don't just engage in Shastra Vidya, try to teach some Shastra reading as well." Many gossips said yes to education and appointed Pandit Raghunath to teach Sanskrit. Many of these young men belonged to the working class. When the Pandit came to know about this, he began to think that they belonged to the Shudra caste, who did not have the right to study theology or culture. So he refused to give up. The Guru was very surprised to hear this, and he tried to send some of the students to Banaras. Ram Singh, Bir Singh, Karam Singh, Ganda Singh and Seva Singh. These five settled in Jatan Vant (Chain Math) where there is now a large Nirmal Akhara in Visvesvara Ganj. These students continued to read ancient scriptures and grammar, jurisprudence, Vedanta etc. from Pandits and other scholars. These students also returned to Anandpur to teach other youth. They wore white robes and bright turbans. They were portrayed as unique from others, which is why Pandits and common people called them 'Nirmala'. [4]
Guru Gobind Singh Ji said keeping in view the armed and educated tendency of the Sikhs‘
Before mentioning Mr. Nirmal Panchayati Akhara, it would be appropriate to consider the word 'Nirmal'. Nirmal is a Sanskrit word. The word 'Mal' means filth, sin, etc. If the prefix 'nir' is added at the beginning then it means 'sinless' or 'holy'. Whatever object, or human being, is extremely pure and holy, we call it by the Nirmal Shabad.
Guru Amar Das defines the word Nirmal as follows.
॥ (Guru Granth, p. 27)
The Nirmal sect set up camps all over India beyond the Punjab to propagate the doctrine of Guru Nanak. For example, before the creation of the Nirmal Akhara, Baba Dargaha Singh rose from the Golden Temple at Amritsar (Bara Baba Dargaha Singh or Dera Baba Dargaha Singh Kankhar on the banks of the Ganges.) In 1796 (1739 AD) These saints were educated under the inspiration of Guru Gobind Singh ji. The scholars who were participating in them are as follows:
Pandit Gulab Singh Ji Karta Mokh Panth.
Pt. Nihal Singh Ji Commentator Japji (Guarth Deepika) Sanskrit
Pandit Suchet Singh Ji
Pt. Kaur Singh Ji Karta ‘Guru Kaum Di’ (Sanskrit)
Pandit Man Singh Ji, Kuber.
Pt. Nikka Singh Ji, Barnala. ਆਦੁ॥ Nirmal Dera: History
We have three books on Nirmal Sant's Deras which are as follows:
Giani Gian Singh Ji's Nirmal Panth Pradipika
Mahant Ganesha's Nirmal Bhushan i.e. History Nirmal Bhekh
Dayal Singh Ji Nirmal Panth Darshan of Delhiites.
The first mass gathering of Nirmala saints was held at Rikhikesh in 1758 AD. On the Aquarius of Haridwar in 1764 AD. Arth on the occasion of Kumbhi and then in Rishikesh in 1770.
Both Mahant Ganesha Singh and Mahant Dayal Singh Ji consider Guru Nanak Dev Ji to be the founder of Nirmal Bhekh. But there is no objection to believing that Guru Gobind Singh made the Sikhs wear saffron robes in 1686 AD. He was sent to study Kashi in 1699 and when the saints came to know that Guru Ji The Khalsa Panth was formed in 1971, then the saint also came back and took permission from Guru Ji and received Amrit from Bhai Daya Singh Ji and Bhai Dharam Singh Ji.
