I took my Dog FLINTLOCK Deer Hunting and This Happened! Catch and Cook

If you've watched many of my hunting videos, you've probably seen my Labrador Retriever, Cedar along on some of our hunting and camping adventures. On this flintlock deer hunting trip, I took him along just to see what would happen. We boat into a remote camping area and spend a few days deer hunting in the rainy weather before finally getting a shot at a big doe that came in close. Muzzleloader hunting in the rain comes with its challenges but luckily everything went well and we were able to make a good shot with a patched round ball. After short pack back to camp we wrap up with a little catch and cook on the campfire. In future videos I'll show how to preserve the meat with no refrigeration, brain tan a deer hide, and other ways to use every part of the deer.
