Classic Taco Bell taco meat the way it USED TO BE (no fillers!) Simple to make and use in all kinds of Mexican style recipes. No need to "run for the border!"
I use this taco meat in at least 6 different dishes and my family loves it. If you like spicy, use at least 1/4 tsp cayenne but feel free to add more to suit your taste.

INGREDIENTS (I often double or triple this recipe)
1lb hamburger (80/20 or better-I'm using 85/15)
3/4 cup water
1 tbsp all purpose flour
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp dried minced onion
1 tsp beef bullion base (or 1 beef bullion cube)
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper (I use 1/8 tsp-I'm not into spicy!)
1/4 tsp white granulated sugar
