thank you for watching my arizona vlog ft. sedona, antelope canyon, horseshoe bend, & grand canyon national park ☻

this was a huge bucket list trip for me & I am so happy that we had the opportunity to go & to share the beauty of this area with all of you! we started our trip in sedona, arizona where we spent half the day there hiking the devil's bridge trail. the next day, we did a morning tour of lower antelope canyon which is something straight out of a dream. then we visited horseshoe bend - a super iconic landmark - and we spend the last remaining hours of our trip hiking to ooh aah point at the grand canyon.

we were able to do so much in just a few days on so little sleep, but it was all so worth it. exploring the grand canyon was everything I had ever dreamed of, and these videos and picture simply do not do this area justice.

ABOUT THE GRAND CANYON
the grand canyon spans over 1,904 square miles and is the second most visited national park with approximately 5 million visitors in 2024. the canyon was formed after being uplifted by plate tectonics somewhere between 30-70 million years ago, & was then carved out by the colorado river which has been flowing through the canyon for the last 5-6 million years. this process is known by geologists as "downcutting." native americans have lived in and around the canyon for the last 12,000 and it was established as a national park in in 1919. along with being a national park, it is also one of the original 7 natural wonders of the world.
