This video is a detailed DIY on how to install long tube headers on the VQ37 engine in your 370Z or G37. Long tube headers are an excellent way to improve the sound of the exhaust note, decrease the weight of the car, and increase peak horsepower through the concept of exhaust siphoning.
This install is not for the faint of heart, as the bolts holding the header to the engine block are very difficult to access. This is not an install for anyone who hasn't worked on their car before. With the right tools however, and following the detailed steps in this video, this project is more than doable.
