Tulip Time, 2023 in Holland Michigan was exceptional this year. We ended up going on a day with absolutely gorgeous weather to be able to walk around town and enjoy the many colors and varieties of tulips planted throughout Holland.  Tulip time offers tourists, many free things to do such as walking around the towns many parks to see the vast amount of tulips they have planted along with watching some of the Dutch heritage events like dancing, or dancing lessons are free. Those are at different parks and the fairgrounds throughout the week.
Events and activities that come with a cost, include concerts, walking tours; such as the photo walk and historic walks, carnival rides, flower arrangement classes they offer during the week, visiting Windmill Island, visiting Veldheer’s Tulip Farm, and so on.
There are many shops and restaurants to visit throughout town as well, along with places to order tulips, if you decide you would like to have some for your own property to plant in your garden.
The cost to visit this festival can be as much or as little as you like, so plan accordingly. If Tulip Time in Holland is something you want to see, put it in your schedule for March 4-12th, 2024. It’s going to be their 95th anniversary.
