It is with great excitement I bring you another tutorial for Oro Rosa Patterns, the Tiny Cata Crossbody!
The miniature version of the popular Catalina Crossbody, Tiny Cata measures a petite 7.5” wide, 4.5” tall and 2.5” deep. It can be worn as a crossbody, sling, or used as a wristlet. It has a single main compartment that is closed with a double pull zipper.
This is an intermediate pattern but I take you through every step in this video so you can confidently create your own beautiful bag. It is assumed in the tutorial that your pattern pieces are cut and interfaced with markings from the pattern applied and as such these are not demonstrated. I am using vinyl and woven for my exterior, cotton canvas for my linings, and sewing on a domestic Juki HZL-DX7.
This pattern utilizes rivets and zippers and is finished with binding. The full list of materials and tools can be found in the pattern instructions. If you need further instruction on applying zipper pulls to zipper by the yard please see my video: • Get Your Pulls On! - Mastering zipper by t...
If you find my tutorial to be helpful and decide to purchase this pattern, I would love you to consider using my affiliate link. It costs you no extra but provides me a small commission that helps me to continue to make tutorials such as this one: https://ororosapatterns.com/r?id=45ltmd
