░A░s░h░e░s░ [Multifandom]

Warning: Infinity War Spoilers! IDK if this is still relevant but you've been warned anyhow.

You must know with a song that is as deeply depressing as this I have a reason. I was trying to get this up before the HTTYD3 trailer and fandom resurrected, however, this is not a project to be rushed like that one was.

A week ago today, on June 3rd, 2018, my grandfather passed away. We knew the time was approaching, but that doesn't make the loss any easier. Its been a tough week for the family, especially my father and grandmother. IDK what is harder, the actual loss or seeing the people closest grieve. I've been to more funerals than I wish I had to go to growing up, but the grandfathers were definitely the hardest.

As for me I am fairing fine. Its strange going to my Grammy's house and him not be there. I am not sure the fact that I no longer have a grandfather has sunk in yet.

For what its worth, in answer to the repeated question in this song: "Can beauty come out of ashes?" Do I believe it? Yes, yes I do. Thats something I know my grandfather stood for; he was the most spiritually devoted person I knew. I feel like I only started to get to know him this past year staying with them while at school, or the stories people shared about him at the funeral. His legacy will live on and all though its hard letting him go, it was time, he was ready to be with Jesus. I have absolutely zero doubt that is where he is right now.

As for the vid I think it speaks for itself. ITS FREAKIN CELINE DION! How can you not get emotional? I was emotional before having a reason to be emotional listening to it. I LOVE IT! Every time I hear it all I can ask is: "How can a song like this come from a film like Deadpool 2?" (Sorry way outta my line for a Marvel film) It should have been in Infinity War - look at all the actual ash! I like that effect, ahe.
I think this is the 2nd multifandom I've ever done, but I am using a lot of new footage I never have before like:
Harry Potter (I've been meaning to make a proper vid to initiate my feelings for it. In short: I ADORE the books; haven't watched the last 2 films but yet but I've been into it for over a year now)
Star Wars Clone Wars TV show: I just recently got into this show due to a certain friend....I'm lookin at you HTTYD2014 ;) But I've become obsessed with the characters there, particularly Ahsoka Tano.
TrollHunters: This show is seriously the BEST original TV show I've seen since Teen Titans (And that's saying a lot!) If you have not watched it, you better put it on your bucket list. Its so compelling from the story to characters to everything! Sad its over but uh, surprising ending.
Coco: Just another winner from Pixar, what more can I say?
Hunchback of Notor Dame: I actually only seen this ONCE and I liked it, but I only used it cause the lyrics.

Thats about it, other than the fact I started my 2 accelerated summer classes this past week as well so my free time is up. Whaaa!!!
