In this festive season of Mahashivarathri, herbivore related condiments to Lord Shiva and carnivore related condiments to Deity Goddess Kaali Amma are provided during the pooja. On the day of Shivarathri after 12 a.m, pleading the Deity to fulfill whatever we've asked for and take the Deity to Rudhrabhoomi and pooja is being performed making sure everything is done as per requirements and pooja is performed. The next day, on the Cemetery day (Masana Kolla) the day where we remember the ones who left us and joined the path ahead. On that day, along with all our family members we goto the Cemetery (Kalpalli) and perform Pooja, as the soul is said to be waiting there. Similarly seeking the blessings of our elders, we pray to them.
