1989 Air Cooled Porsche 911 Speedster // Pleasant secrets and surprises

This is very different than my usual car content that's more Toyota GT86s some AMG cars and Miatas, with the occasional modern day water cooled Porsche 911 GTS or GT3. But yesterday was a special day. I got hired to film a very rare air cooled Porsche 911, a 1989 Speedster in Red which is 1 of 2,000ish ever built and 1 of only 800 made for the North American market. This is a very quirky 911 because it has no rear seats along with no power steering as opposed to other G body Porsches of the day but it still has power seats with more adjustments than my 2012 VW GTI! The 3.2L cylinder makes 285 horsepower and is powering the rear wheels (225 width tires btw) through a 5 speed manual transmission. The catch? This particular car was delivered and set straight for collection. It is immaculate to my eyes and has only 41 miles on the odometer! Insanely low mileage.
