This is our second outdoor cooking video, filmed deep in the forest of Upstate New York near Averys Place.
🌲 The weather kept changing – snow, wind, wet wood – and we even had a few funny on-set fails, but despite all the unexpected moments we still managed to finish this video and bring this experience to you. Today we cooked shakshuka with jamón, ribeye steak over the open fire, and fresh vegetables on a cast-iron pan right in the middle of a snowy winter forest. A crackling campfire, falling snow, quiet woods and simple honest food – this is the atmosphere we want to share with you.
