Sony Does NOT Care about Gamers and PlayStation is TRASH...at least according to the Amazing Lucas. This is extremely ironic because the amazing Lucas is one of the most outspoken PlayStation fanboys on YouTube that endlessly hyped up the ps5 and the PlayStation 5 exclusives but it seems he was betrayed by Sony, the company he endlessly fanboys and white kinghts for. Lucas bought Returnal and wanted to refund the game after it crashed on him and he lost his progress but forgot that Sony and PlayStation being the wonderful company they are have a zero tolerance no digital refund policy whatsoever. Lucas however decided to point out what a big supporter of PlayStation he was to try and convince the customer service rep to make an exception for him due to his ps5 fanboy content he makes on youtube. This didn't work and he is now ready to jump ship from PS5 to Xbox Series X. In fact Lucas says he hopes Sony goes Bankrupt but in the same sentence says he will continue to spend money on PlayStation and buy their games because that will really make Sony step in line. This dude is pathetic...
