Salomon Serpent Trail here we come! I can't believe the last time we raced at this event it was 2019 and I haven't travelled out of Cornwall for nearly two years! Crazy times! We're so happy to be packing up the Adventure bus and heading out on a road trip up the A30 to this brilliant event. Here's a little insight into the kit I'll be using and my nutritional plan for the race and don't worry we're taking all the cameras along so we can capture all the fun and games from the weekend.
