Now listen... come close... if it's the spine tickling, brain buzzing, full-body tingle effect we're after, I'm reaching for the earbuds every time. They're small and fit inside the ear, making it easy to cozy up in bed, blissfully mixing into the sounds now bouncing around my head. Lately, I've come to realize that playing the sounds straight from the phone's built-in speaker works best for sleep. It's a realistic and cozy effect laying in bed with nothing in my ears and just the sound coming from the speakers.
